CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

Child Safety Standards

DALANBEN has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page publishes our prohibitions, reporting channels, enforcement process, and child safety contact information.

1. Our commitment and scope

These standards apply to the DALANBEN website and iOS and Android apps published and operated by Sinodream Technology Co., Ltd., including posts, comments, profiles, images, videos, direct messages, links, and all other user-generated content or interactions.

Zero tolerance: DALANBEN expressly prohibits every form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), as well as creating, uploading, storing, soliciting, distributing, or facilitating access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

For these standards, a child is anyone under 18 or anyone protected as a child under a higher age threshold required by applicable law. CSAE includes content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, grooms, coerces, extorts, traffics, or otherwise endangers a child. CSAM includes any visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including real, synthetic, altered, or computer-generated images and videos.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

No one may use DALANBEN to carry out, facilitate, promote, or normalize any of the following:

  • Creating, uploading, saving, posting, forwarding, trading, soliciting, or directing others to CSAM;
  • Approaching, grooming, or controlling a child for sexual purposes, including arranging online or offline sexual contact;
  • Sexualizing or sexually harassing a child, sextortion, or threats involving real or purported intimate imagery;
  • Recruiting, advertising, trading, or trafficking a child for commercial or other sexual exploitation;
  • Sharing links, search methods, coded terms, accounts, groups, or evasion methods that facilitate this material or conduct;
  • Encouraging, assisting, minimizing, or glorifying CSAE, or retaliating against a victim or reporter.

These rules also apply to direct messages and private posts. Labeling content as a joke, role-play, art, education, or another purpose does not automatically make it acceptable; we assess the context, applicable law, and child-safety risk.

3. How to report a child-safety concern

If you encounter possible CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, or child trafficking, report it immediately:

  • In the app: open “DALANBEN → Me → Settings → Help & Support → Email Support”;
  • By email: contact support@dalanben.life with “Child Safety Report” in the subject line;
  • Immediate danger: if a child faces a real and imminent threat, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.

When possible, provide the relevant username, post or profile URL, time, a short description, and your country or region. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to an email. Provide only the information needed to locate it; do not investigate or contact a suspected offender yourself.

4. Review, enforcement, and account action

When we receive a report or gain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we prioritize review according to risk and take appropriate action as permitted by law, which may include:

  • Restricting access to and promptly removing or disabling confirmed violating content;
  • Restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating accounts or features to prevent further distribution or contact with a potential victim;
  • Preserving records required for a lawful report or investigation under tightly restricted access;
  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority where required by applicable law;
  • Cooperating lawfully with competent law-enforcement authorities in response to valid legal process.

We may impose emergency restrictions without prior notice in a child-safety matter. To protect children, reporters, investigations, and law-enforcement activity, we may be unable to disclose every enforcement detail to the reporter.

5. Legal compliance and external help

DALANBEN complies with applicable child-safety laws in the places where we operate and where an incident is relevant. We maintain a process to review, escalate, and lawfully report confirmed CSAM. A platform report does not replace contacting law enforcement or a qualified child-protection organization.

6. Minors and guardians

DALANBEN is not designed specifically for children. Minors should use the service with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian; a child under 14 may provide personal information only with guardian consent. A guardian who believes a child account or content involves inappropriate contact, grooming, sexual exploitation, or another safety risk should contact us immediately through the channels on this page and contact local law enforcement if there is an urgent threat.

To protect a child's privacy, include only the information needed to handle the report. Do not publicly post a child's identity, contact information, location, or other sensitive information.

This channel receives CSAE and CSAM notices from users, guardians, Google Play, child-protection organizations, and law-enforcement authorities. Put “Child Safety / CSAE” in the subject line so the notice can be identified promptly.

8. Changes to these standards
